As a new local septic company, we are earning our reputation one job at a time. Real Google reviews will appear here as they come in. In the meantime, every job we do is a chance to earn your trust.

How often should I have my septic tank pumped?
Most households should pump every 3–5 years. The right interval depends on tank size, number of people in your home, water usage, and whether you use a garbage disposal. If you can’t remember your last service, we’ll check your levels and tell you exactly where you stand.

Watch for slow drains in multiple fixtures at once, gurgling sounds from toilets, sewage odors inside or outside, wet or unusually lush patches in your yard, or sewage backing into sinks or tubs. Any of these is worth a call — don’t wait for a full backup to act.
Cost depends on your tank size, how accessible the lid is, how long it’s been since the last service, and your location. We bill after we’ve discharged at the dump station so you pay for exactly what was pumped — starting at $0.61 per gallon. Call (503) 400-8495 for a quick phone quote. Residential pump-outs in the Willamette Valley depend on tank size and conditions.

If you don’t know where your tank is, you’re in good company. We locate it using professional equipment — and can install risers so you’ll never have to wonder again. You can also check your property’s DEQ records or original building plans.

Never flush wipes (even “flushable” ones), grease, medications, harsh chemicals, feminine hygiene products, or paper towels. These harm the beneficial bacteria your system needs and clog your lines. Treat your system like the living ecosystem it is.

Absolutely. A home inspection rarely covers the septic system in depth. A dedicated septic inspection is essential for rural properties. We provide written reports that satisfy lender and buyer requirements with fast turnaround so your closing isn’t disrupted.

We pump the tank, then inspect the inlet and outlet baffles, assess the tank’s condition, evaluate effluent levels, and visually check the drain field. You receive a written report summarizing findings. We explain everything in plain language so you walk away understanding your system.

No. Additives are not a substitute for pumping. Nothing replaces physically removing accumulated solids from your tank. If a company is selling additives as a replacement for pumping, they are not giving you honest advice.

A typical residential pump-out takes 30–60 minutes depending on tank size, fullness, and lid accessibility. We never rush — we take time to do it completely and check the system while we’re there.
